Who we are.

Sysqo Limited (Company No. 14417339), registered in England and Wales, with offices at 18 Old Field Road, Pencoed, Bridgend, Wales. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Sysqo Limited is the controller of any personal data processed through this website.

What we collect from visitors.

We do not collect personal data from visitors to this website. There is no analytics tracking, no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no embedded third-party services that process personal data.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, request time) for the purpose of operating the site, diagnosing issues, and detecting abuse. These logs are retained for no longer than 30 days and are not used to identify individual visitors or for marketing.

Cookies.

This website sets no non-essential cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because none is required.

Information you send us.

If you contact us by email, we will hold the contents of your message and your contact details for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We retain correspondence only for as long as it remains relevant to our work together, after which it is deleted.

Your rights.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to its processing or ask us to restrict it;
  • ask for a copy of it in a portable format;
  • complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.
